This three-day workshop is the official team building and training workshop from the Software Engineering Institute and directed at appraisal teams who are planning a SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement).
The training focuses on the team building aspects as much as the technical activities related to the approach. It is required for any team that is planning on holding an official type A SCAMPI appraisal (benchmark appraisal) and recommended for anyone who is planning on participating in a type B SCAMPI (process improvement appraisal).
