Training is at the heart of the Q:PIT product line. Because of the importance of understanding what needs to be done and how to do it in order to be able to achieve satisfactory results, all Q:PIT training aims at providing the most practical hands-on approach possible. All training includes extensive exercises, case studies and illustrations so as to provide the attendees with the tools necessary to start implementation rapidly and efficiently.
The Q:PIT Ltd workshops are mostly organised in a flexible manner, allowing elements to be added or removed from the workshop, according to the needs and requirements of the organization. The workshops can be given in a short period or a longer period.
The workshops include a combination of theory and lectures and practical implementation. They are focused on being pragmatic and useful, preferring day-to-day implementation and benefits to jargon and terminology.
