Jacob Okyne

Jacob Okyne has over 29 years experience in software development and management and has been involved in CMM based Process Improvement since 1992, becoming a CMM SCE Lead Assessor in 2000 and subsequently transitioning to the CMMI on its inception. He has continuously provided end to end CMMI based consulting that includes training, workshops, seminars, executive briefing, cultural change programs, process development, process deployment, assessments, appraisals etc
